Holidays have come and gone. During the last week of my first term I wasn't really looking forward for this 2 week break. I thought I was gonna get bored with nothing to do. But I was wrong. I can probably say these were the best Christmas holidays ever! I had a couple of memorable nights/evenings.. I learned some advanced SQL, discovered new music, got up-to-date with my school files, made new friendships and a lot more..

Yesterday evening was awesome.. as always we started off the night by going to our favourite bar (or whatever it is) - Republic. We were a large group, I guess around 10 or something like that.. but I enjoyed it nonetheless. When everyone was finished with his drink (or two, or three, or four) we headed to Silk. I love that place! great muzik, great sound, great atmosphere! The only thing that pissed me off a bit was when a humongous chick (or what my friends like to say, tank tal-hamsa u erbghin) came dancing next to us and she kept bumping into us. Of course, she was wearing a mini skirt to show how sexy she is. Ugh. As usual, time flew by and it was time to go home and call it a day

This morning I downloaded the latest nocturnal radio set (episode 126).. Great mix! It includes the best voted tunes of 2007 and it's simply awesome! I'll probably listen to it a couple of time this week while I'm on my way to school.

Talking about school, tomorrow marks the beginning of my second term at JC.. I'm not really looking forward to it.. back to routine and waking up early. But well, I get along with most of the guys/gals over there.. The only thing I'm seriously hoping that we won't have is the meeting with our SoK lecturer about the project. I haven't done a thing, and I probably won't do until the last day. Stupid waste of time. Oh, there's something I'm looking forward to.. Java practicals! We're FINALLY starting some new techniques (OOP) that I can't get to grips alone.. so I'll hopefully understand the concept and be able to work with it. We'll see.

This is my blog post for today.. hopefully I'll have the time and motivation to write more during the upcoming weeks with experiences from school..
